Juried Exhibition 2016 at the Palm Springs Art Museum. Oil painting “The Springs,” from the portfolio inspired by Kintsukuroi which can be seen in its entirety in the Portfolios section of this website.

New work “de Kooning’s Trap”, oil painting on torso with bronze mouse on pine cone, shown with Charlie Morrotta, owner in Distante on Sansom Street in Philadelphia, the finest men’s and women’s custom clothier in the tri-state area.

Great night at Brendan Borek High Tides Memorial Art Show in Avalon. Wonderful crowd and a happy couple taking home “Big Yellow Taxi”.

Photographs from the ACE 2015 juried show at the Palm Springs Art Museum.  Opening ceremony was in the Annenberg Auditorium.  Also shown are my painting “Cat’s Eye” with Kwok Wai Lau and the show gallery.  Show juror was Christian Hohmann, international gallerist and curator.

On May 6 The Phillies hosted Bethesda Project’s Gala Fundraiser at the Diamond Club in the ballpark. I was able to donate my oil painting “Low Pressure” for the fundraising.  Bethesda is a great organization that helps the chronic homeless in Philadelphia. The ballpark and Diamond Club were a fabulous venue!




Deano stopped by at our Midcentury Modernism Party to have a drink, share stories
and take a look at Aaron’s new sculpture “Shooting at Heaven’s Door.”
